As it is a camping trek, we will make all the meals by ourselves. We carry all the food and ingredients with us. Our professional and trained crew members will prepare and cook food for you. Water is available in every teahouse. You can carry water purification tablets for extra safety. Make sure to carry 2L of reusable water bottles that can last you throughout the trail. We highly encourage you not to buy plastic water bottles in the way as it will help to reduce the waste.
