Therefore, make sure to take enough rest days in between the trek to give your body time to adjust to the altitude.

Preparation & Physical Fitness for Tharpu Chuli Peak Climbing
Prior preparation for any high altitude climbing will increase the chances of success. There are many things that you have to do before the commencement of the trip and especially if you are a beginner climbers. One of the best ways is to join a short mountaineering course, where you will get informed about proper uses of gears, terrain, etc. Likewise, join the gym to increase your muscular and cardio power.
